To maintain a seamless, luxury experience for every client, the following policy is in place: • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment • Changes made within 24 hours will result in a 50% service fee • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service • A card on file is required to secure all bookings • For group or mobile appointments, a 48-hour notice is required for any changes ✨ Grace Period ✨ Life happens—if something unexpected comes up, please reach out. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Forty Below Glow has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
